Our Career readiness program provides students with the skills, knowledge and core competencies necessary to excel in college and subsequent life. 

AIM-TN operates under the principal that the preparation necessary for tomorrow’s careers should start early in the educational process. Our Career readiness initiatives targets both middle school and high school students, and  with our partnerships with corporate and civic organizations, we deliver the following:
